For over 40 years, Dalzell & Bagley Engineering has been working alongside Terex Jaques, providing spare parts, fabrication and machining services for Terex Jaques rock crushing and screening equipment.
Terex Jaques supply the Mining & Construction industry with Cone Crushers, Jaw Crushers and both Vertical and Horizontal Shaft Impactors among other heavy industry equipment. Their products and service have an industry-wide reputation for the highest quality, and as such only first rate parts are used in their construction and maintenance.
At Dalzell and Bagley Engineering, we manufacture parts for Terex Jaques, as well as perform repairs on parts that have come in for maintenance.
Using our state of the art CNC Lathes, we can manufacture or repair shafts up to Ø550 and 4 meters long. We can also manufacture or repair shafts and housings in our Vertical Boring Machine that range up to Ø2500 and 1.8 meters long. These same shafts and housings will also fit in our range of welding rotators, should they require any welding work to be done.
With cutting edge technology employed in our MIG, TIG and plasma cutting equipment, our welding work has proven exceptional under some of the highest stresses the rock crushing and screening machines can throw at them.
One of our Twin Pallet CNC Horizontal Boring Machines and many CNC Vertical Machining Centres, are put to good use both manufacturing and repairing Terex Jaques components.
